Atkins shopping

sorchawench's sample menu, but some of the basics that the book says you need. I spent a grand total of $173.45. Of course I bought some extra stuff for Alexander too. He doesn't need Atkins. He needs the Eat Something For God's Sake Diet. He has been eating better though over the last few days. I got him to eat a banana and a whole hot dog. Funny, I'm trying to stop myself from eating so damn much and trying to stuff his face simultaneously.
I start Atkins Monday. I already warned everyone at work that I may be feeling like shit for a few days, but not to take it personally.
Tomorrow Alexander turns the big 0-5! I have to go to rehearsal tomorrow afternoon, darn it, but afterwards I'm going to take him to The Plex and then to Toys R Us to buy something cool.
