I'm really craving carbs right now. I guess because I haven't eaten anything but sugar-free Jell-o and low carb ice cream for the last 3 days. I may give in and just eat a big pizza or something. I'd have to eat slow, but I could do it. Or, maybe a grilled cheese sandwich. That would be easier to eat.....

Bah. Carb-free is not the way to be. Just stick with the whole-wheat stuff, and keep it balanced.

I think it depends on the individual. I've lost 15 pounds on the low carb thing, and nothing else has worked. I haven't cut carbs out completely though. I just limit them.

I lost 15 pounds in one month on what I like to call the "eating healthy and exercising" thing, but then, I stopped eating healthy and exercising....who knew I'd gain it back?

Heh. I lost 10 that way last summer. But, yeah, I gained it back when I sprained my leg and couldn't exercise. Then I just got lazy.
