I cheated on the diet with a little piece of World's Finest Chocolate like from a fundraiser. I have to admit it tasted like total shite.

Eckerd's had big heart boxes of low carb Valentine candy. Please, someone remember me on Saturday night.

Atkins doesn't allow any sugar, though I've cheated on that a little with ketchum, ranch dressing, etc. Though lately, I'm doing a "modified Atkins" type diet, which is more satifying. The weight loss is starting to show! 13 pounds all together and I think I've lost more inches than pounds.

I see no problem either with a few small endulgances. Though I must say the candy tasted like shit, so the ol' metabolism must have changed. I usually get orgasmic over chocolate!
