I hate it when I send someone an e-mail asking a question, and they read it but don't answer it. I don't mean if they don't answer it immediately, but when after a few days I check my Sent folder and discover that they've read it but not answered my question. It makes me livid. It takes like 30 seconds to respond with a "yes" or "no".
