Our choir rehearsal was too long last night, but I had more fun than I usually do. Crystal was making me giggle like a little girl. The guy who is going to record our concert tomorrow came in and started hooking up the equipment.
Crystal: Oh that's Jamie. I used to have a crush on him in college.
Me: Am I the only chick who's never had a crush on him?
Crystal: I think he brought weed to a band function once.
Me: Oh, I'm pretty sure he did, Crystal.
Crystal: Does he do that all the time?
Me: Yeah, of course. I got in the back of his van once and...
Dr. Jones: Okay, everyon turn to "Alleluia".
Me: I'll tell you about that later.
Crystal: DID YOU HAVE SEX WITH HIM?
Me: Um, no. But say that a little louder. I don't think they heard you in New York. giggle giggle
Later when Choir Boy goes down to direct his song: Crystal: Are you going to enjoy looking at him while he directs?
Me: Sure, he looks like he's been working out. giggle giggle
Ryan goes down to direct "Were You There"
Crystal: Ryan is SOOOO gay.
Me: *Cover my face with my music to stifle the hysterical laughter that is about to erupt.* "Thanks for stating the obvious, Crystal." giggle giggle
I love Crystal to pieces, but sometimes she amazes me with her level of innocence. Well, it was the giggles she gave me that lowered my inhibitions. (Usually only alcohol does that). I waited around after rehearsal trying not to look too obvious, then I went to talk to Choir Boy. I didn't exactly hit on him, but I think I made it blatantly obvious that I'm interested. I've only talked to him a few times, but I think he's figured it out. Crystal said I was looking at him like he hung the moon. Being single at 30 sucks. I seem to have lost my touch when it comes to flirting, hitting on, and macking.
After rehearsal, me and Crystal sat in IHOP and giggled some more. Nathan came over last night but wouldn't watch "Company of Wolves" with me because it's too much of a girl movie.
Tonight is our concert. Siscly is supposed to come and maybe Josh's parents. Afterward, I'm supposed to hang out with Siscly and Barry and Barry'sboyfriend.
