It's like 17 degrees out there and snow all over the ground. Alexander woke up coughing so I didn't take him to school. I called the doctor's office and they called in a prescription, but by that time the roads were bad and I didn't want to be out there in my little "egg" of a car. Alexander wanted to play outside in the snow, but it was too cold and the wind was blowing, plus he's been coughing so I didn't let him. He's very angry with me because of it. I let him come with me to get the mail, though. I didn't go to choir tonight either, which also made him cry because he really wanted to go to his Grammy's. I have to go to work tomorrow come Hell or high water though, so I hope my car starts.

I finally did my Abs and Buns of Steel workout today after several years of being too fucking lazy. I actually felt better after I did it though. After looking in a few full-length mirrors lately, I've decided something has to be done about my fat ass. I'm really starting to look disgusting. I have been eating a little better though and exercising a tiny bit. Not much, but more than before which was never. If I can manage to do the workout video every day, maybe I'll lose some weight. About 20 pounds should do it. The tape's aerobic workout is only about 15 minutes long.

I'm going to attempt to do my taxes tonight. I'm too poor to pay anyone else to do them.
